28-Year-Old Pretrial Detainee Dies at Bethune Detention Facility

A 28-year-old man has died at the Bethune detention facility in the Pas-de-Calais department. He had been held in pretrial detention following a motorcycle accident in which his three-year-old son was seriously injured.
