France suspends national two-euro levy on small parcels – EU flat-rate duty starts on July 1

Paris suspends the tax on small parcels from non-EU countries that has been levied since March. From July 1, an EU-wide three-euro flat-rate duty will come into effect to standardize processing and close loopholes.
