Municipalities respond to juvenile delinquency with nighttime curfews

Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda is banning unaccompanied children under 15 from being in public spaces at night until September 1. The order illustrates the limited means French mayors have to respond to juvenile delinquency and disturbances.
