TotalEnergies Committed: Court Orders Inclusion of Scope-3 Emissions in Climate Plan

The Paris court has ruled that TotalEnergies must integrate its customers' Scope-3 emissions into its climate plan. This is the first judgment of its kind in France under the "Duty of Vigilance" law.
